Down Payment

• €100 deposit for 1-hour packages or less
• €150 deposit for 2-hour packages
The remaining balance is paid on the day of your shoot.

Cancellations & Weather

• Free cancellation up to 5 days before your shoot
• If weather conditions aren’t ideal, we offer a flexible rescheduling option
Please avoid booking your shoot for the last day of your stay — this gives us the chance to reschedule if needed.

Time Slots

• Photoshoots take place during the golden morning light: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM

After Booking

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with:
– Exact meeting point
– Styling tips
– Final reminders to prepare for your shoot

24 Hours Before

• You’ll also receive a WhatsApp message one day before your shoot as a friendly reminder and final check-in
